Ingredients:
- Pearl barley- 5 tbsp
- Tomato chopped finely- ½ cup
- Cucumber chopped finely- ½ cup
- Raw mango grated- 3 tbsp
- Peanuts( soaked overnight)- 3 tbsp
- Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves chopped- 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder- to taste
- Roasted Sesame seeds- 1 tbsp
Process:
- Pressure cook barley using 2 cups water for 6 to 8 wistles.
- Strain and cool the barley.
- Mix all the ingridients except coriander leaves and sesame seeds and toss well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and sesame seeds and serve.
