Ingredients:

  1. Jackfruit seeds (boiled and peeled)- 1 cup
  2. Ginger garlic paste- ¼ tsp
  3. Lemon juice- 1 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder- a pinch
  5. Chilli sauce- 1 tsp
  6. Hung curd- 2 tbsp
  7. Chaat masala – 1 tsp
  8. Oil – 2 tsp
  9. Salt – to taste

Process:

  1. In a bowl mix hung curd, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, turmeric powder, chilli sauce, salt and chaat masala for marination.
  2. Marinate the seeds for 15 mins.
  3. On a non stick pan, add oil and sauté the marinated seeds.
  4. Sprinkle some chaat masala and serve hot.
