Wet ingridients:

  1. Milk- 1 cup
  2. Apple cider Vinegar- 2 tsp
  3. Cold pressed coconut oil- 6 Tbsp
  4. Organic Jaggery- 3/4 cup
  5. Vanilla extract- 2 tsp

Dry ingridients:

  1. Jowar (sorghum) flour- 1 cup
  2. Baking soda- 1 tsp
  3. Cocoa powder- 6 tbsp
  4. Pink salt- a pinch
  5. Chocolate chips- 3 tbsp for stuffing

Process:

For dusting- butter and flour

  1. In a bowl mix all the wet ingridients.
  2. In a separate bowl mix all the dry ingridients.
  3. Preheat the oven at 180 degree celcius for 10 minutes.
  4. Mix the dry and wet ingridients into a uniform batter.
  5. Pour the batter in the dusted tray mould till ¼ , top with chocolate chips and the top with the batter till ¾ full.
  6. Place the tray in the oven for 15-20 mins or till done.
  7. Enjoy them warm or cold.
