Wet ingridients:
- Milk- 1 cup
- Apple cider Vinegar- 2 tsp
- Cold pressed coconut oil- 6 Tbsp
- Organic Jaggery- 3/4 cup
- Vanilla extract- 2 tsp
Dry ingridients:
- Jowar (sorghum) flour- 1 cup
- Baking soda- 1 tsp
- Cocoa powder- 6 tbsp
- Pink salt- a pinch
- Chocolate chips- 3 tbsp for stuffing
Process:
For dusting- butter and flour
- In a bowl mix all the wet ingridients.
- In a separate bowl mix all the dry ingridients.
- Preheat the oven at 180 degree celcius for 10 minutes.
- Mix the dry and wet ingridients into a uniform batter.
- Pour the batter in the dusted tray mould till ¼ , top with chocolate chips and the top with the batter till ¾ full.
- Place the tray in the oven for 15-20 mins or till done.
- Enjoy them warm or cold.
