Ingredients:
- Roasted makhana- ½ cup
- Skimmed milk curd- 1 cup
- Dates tamarind chutney- 2 tbsp
- Green coriander chutney- 1 tbsp
- Onions chopped- 2 tbsp
- Chaat masala- 1 tsp
- For garnish
- Pomogranate and coriander leaves chopped
Process:
- To a mixing bowl add curd and whisk well till smooth.
- Add makhana to it and leave it for 30 mins.
- Add onions, dates chutney and green chutney. Mix well.
- Sprinkle chaat masala, Coriander leaves and pomegranate.
- Ready to serve.
