Ingredients:

  1. Skimmed milk- 1 cup
  2. Instant oatmeal- 3 tbsp
  3. Cinnamon powder- ½ tsp
  4. Banana sliced- 1 no.
  5. Mix nut flakes- 2 tbsp
  6. Chia seeds- 1 tbsp

Process:

  1. In a pan heat the milk, oats and cinnamon powder to stir it till the desired consistency.
  2. Pour it in a bowl and let it come to room temperature.
  3. Garnish it with the banana, mix nut and chia seeds. Cool it in a refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve cold.
