Ingredients:
- Skimmed milk- 1 cup
- Instant oatmeal- 3 tbsp
- Cinnamon powder- ½ tsp
- Banana sliced- 1 no.
- Mix nut flakes- 2 tbsp
- Chia seeds- 1 tbsp
Process:
- In a pan heat the milk, oats and cinnamon powder to stir it till the desired consistency.
- Pour it in a bowl and let it come to room temperature.
- Garnish it with the banana, mix nut and chia seeds. Cool it in a refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Serve cold.
