Ingredients:

  1. Pearl barley- 5 tbsp
  2. Tomato chopped finely- ½ cup
  3. Cucumber chopped finely- ½ cup
  4. Raw mango grated- 3 tbsp
  5. Peanuts( soaked overnight)- 3 tbsp
  6. Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
  7. Coriander leaves chopped- 2 tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Pepper powder- to taste
  10. Roasted Sesame seeds- 1 tbsp

Process:

  1. Pressure cook barley using 2 cups water for 6 to 8 wistles.
  2. Strain and cool the barley.
  3. Mix all the ingridients except coriander leaves and sesame seeds and toss well.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and sesame seeds and serve.
