Ingredients:
- Paneer cubes- 1 cup
- Green coriander chutney- 1 Tbsp
- Chaat masala- 1 tbsp
- Hung curd- 3 Tbsp
- Cold pressed oil- 1 Tbsp
Process:
- Mix hung curd, chaat masala and green chutney in a bowl.
- Marinate the panner cubes for 30 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick pan on a medium flame, add oil and the marinated paneer cubes.
- Flip the paneer once they turn light brown. Once the paneer is light brown on both sides, serve it hot.
