Ingredients:
- Jackfruit seeds (boiled and peeled)- 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste- ¼ tsp
- Lemon juice- 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder- a pinch
- Chilli sauce- 1 tsp
- Hung curd- 2 tbsp
- Chaat masala – 1 tsp
- Oil – 2 tsp
- Salt – to taste
Process:
- In a bowl mix hung curd, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, turmeric powder, chilli sauce, salt and chaat masala for marination.
- Marinate the seeds for 15 mins.
- On a non stick pan, add oil and sauté the marinated seeds.
- Sprinkle some chaat masala and serve hot.
