Ingredients:
- Jowar (soaked overnight)- 1 cup
- Mix veg (French beans, carrot, onions, corn)chopped- 1 cup
- Oregano- 1 tsp
- Garlic salt- 1 tsp
- Lemon juice- 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves chopped- 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Process:
- Pressure cook the jowar for 3 whistles.
- Heat oil in a pan, add veggies and sauté on high flame for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Stir in jowar, salt, garlic salt, oregano and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
