Ingredients:

  1. Jowar (soaked overnight)- 1 cup
  2. Mix veg (French beans, carrot, onions, corn)chopped- 1 cup
  3. Oregano- 1 tsp
  4. Garlic salt- 1 tsp
  5. Lemon juice- 1 tsp
  6. Coriander leaves chopped- 2 tbsp
  7. Salt to taste

Process:

  1. Pressure cook the jowar for 3 whistles.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add veggies and sauté on high flame for 6 to 8 minutes.
  3. Stir in jowar, salt, garlic salt, oregano and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
