Ingredients:

  1. Roasted makhana- ½ cup
  2. Skimmed milk curd- 1 cup
  3. Dates tamarind chutney- 2 tbsp
  4. Green coriander chutney- 1 tbsp
  5. Onions chopped- 2 tbsp
  6. Chaat masala- 1 tsp
  7. For garnish
  8. Pomogranate  and coriander leaves chopped

Process:

  1. To a mixing bowl add curd and whisk well till smooth.
  2. Add makhana to it and leave it for 30 mins.
  3. Add onions, dates chutney and green chutney. Mix well.
  4. Sprinkle chaat masala, Coriander leaves and pomegranate.
  5. Ready to serve.
